love yourself more

People should love themselves more. Someone said that is selfish.
But I don't think so. As for me, even if helping others are important, but I think that ourselves are more important than others.
Our thoughts are really exist.
Sometimes I confused whether I should just do it all by my feelings.
Is that right for my opinion? Sometimes I just let it be, no matter what would happen. Because I really want to do it by that. I admitted that maybe I am a little selfish I think. I often thought that some people are so kind to help other people, but they even didn’t care themselves well. They always for others sake, and did not care them well. I respect their spirit, for I can’t do that. I thought that it is difficult for me.
